I opened Highland Pop in 2012, with a goal to produce superior popcorn made from the finest ingredients. Slim Kim popcorn was born! My hard work and passion resulted in this healthy and flavorful 30-calorie per cup treat. Garlic & pepper flavors soon followed. It didn’t stop there, next came the dessert popcorns, Caramel Crunch , Cheddar Cheese, Birthday Cake, Cinnamon Churro and Cocoa Corn, all delicious and bursting with flavor.
