Joe Sugiyama has 12 years of experience at CA Ventures, where he has been instrumental in driving multifamily and student housing projects across the United States. Holding the position of Executive Vice President of Development, Joe oversees all facets of development operations, from pipeline management to construction and turnover. He also enriched his expertise during a two-year stint at the London office, honing his focus on student accommodations and development processes abroad. Joe holds a BSE in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan.
