I have worked 13 years in construction, primaraly focused in the owners representation.  

It is important to understand the future of construction,  how technology changes, and upcoming trends.  The future of construction is women! When only 14% of the construction workforce is women and there is a labor shortage, the industry needs to focus on how to find ways to be more diverse, equalable and inclusive for everyone including women.
