Ebba has been a part of the Chicago Construction Industry in various roles for the last 8 years. A few of those roles have been Union Carpenter, Co-Founded of the Chicago Sisterhood of Carpenters, Co-Chair to the Tradeswomen Council within Chicago Women in Trades, and Workforce Coordinator. Ebba has years of experience in mentoring, community leadership building, outreach, recruiting, and connecting with the Tradeswomen's Community. They have direct knowledge of contractor & industry relationships, workforce talent connections, building apprenticeship initiatives, skill advancement development, and transformative bid requirements - all through an inclusive lens. Ebba also has experience in Editorial Writing, Graphic Design, Videography, Software Engineering, and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Visual Arts/Photography from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA.
