I am a nonprofit leader, thought leader, and program creator with over 10 years of experience in the innovation and education sectors. With a Master of Public Policy degree and a focus on education policy analysis, I have the skills and knowledge to design and deliver effective and equitable programs that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders and communities.
As the VP of Programs at the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, I lead the thought leadership and engagement strategy for the organization, overseeing the Councils and member programs that cover various topics and industries, such as healthcare, technology, mid-market, and talent development. I have grown the membership and participation in these programs, created a professional development skills series with Microsoft, and fostered a culture of collaboration and innovation among the staff and partners. My mission is to strengthen the innovation economy of Chicagoland and make it a world-class place to live and work.
