My name is Ginnie McKnight I am A published Painter, Film Director, and Global Policy advocate for diversity, inclusion, and equity in all facets of human interaction. Whether constructing works of fine art to the building and construction of film sets; building and design are found at the heart of each. However, it was not until my home, that I dearly love, caught on fire did I ever consider the urgency of my voice in the conversations for building resilience, construction sustainability, and diverse thinking on the design ideation phase.
