With extensive experience in building procurement teams and programs in varied environments, Jeff is adept at growing procurement from a decentralized, tactical and reactive function to a strategic business partner. His goal is always to find solutions that create the most benefits for all stakeholders, including customers, business leaders and internal teams. Jeff’s 25 years of experience have fostered outstanding skills in problem solving, negotiation, finding the win, empathy, team building, consensus building and leadership. As Vice President of Procurement, his responsibilities include working with stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage the scale of the organization and putting programs in place to meet business and customer needs regarding quality, service, sustainabilty, and cost. He also helps establish best practices for procurement and managing risk. Jeff appreciates interacting with people across all facets of the company, collaborating to find ways to add value to each project and knowing that he’s helping to create places for people to live and work.
