Jennifer is the co-leader of the Illinois workers’ compensation defense team for Goldberg Segalla, an AM Law 200 law firm.  Her extensive experience in the state includes appearances before Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission review panels and in the state’s circuit and appellate court, as well as the resolution of matters through arbitration and mediation. Clients seek Jennifer’s legal counsel for her top-to-bottom, hands-on approach to handling workers’ compensation claims, which helps minimize risk, lends clarity to the litigation process, and ultimately results in cost-effective case management and closure. Jennifer works directly with employers to create a tailored litigation strategy — evolving and adapting as matters progress — to best suit the clients' individual needs. In addition to her 30 years of workers' compensation litigation experience, she is a Medicare Set-Aside Consultant, certified through the International Commission on Health Care of which is on the Board of Commissioners. Jennifer also serves as co-chair of Goldberg Segalla's nationwide Medicare Compliance group.
