Monique Strong is a dynamic Project Manager at Ujamaa Construction and the President of the National Association of Black Women in Construction (NABWIC). With extensive experience in contract management, project planning, resource management, communication, leadership, and team management, she excels in problem-solving, providing strong leadership, training, and development, to ensure project success. Monique is known for her dedication to excellence and her passion for empowering Black women in the construction industry.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Clark Atlanta University and a Construction Management Certification from Atlanta Technical College. Additionally, Monique contributes her expertise as an Advisory Board Member of the Carpentry & Construction Management Department at Atlanta Technical College, shaping the future of construction education.
Monique's commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond her professional roles; she is actively involved in community initiatives such as Atlanta Habitat for Humanity and serves as a Community Partner for Seaborn Lee Elementary School, where she fosters innovation in STEM-based learning environments.
