Paushaun J. Julien, is a versatile skilled professional with over 25 years' experience in the real estate industry. To this point his experience has included being a licensed Salesperson, Broker, Managing Broker, Associate Appraiser, Loan Originator, CE Instructor and Pre-license Instructor. During his career spanning over 2 decades, Paushaun has performs investment analysis, disposition/acquisition services, mortgage consulting, valuation and pre/post licensing education. Over the years, he gained much insight into the details of construction, valuation, credit and finance. Because of his natural ability to work with numbers and his conceptual problem-solving skills, he was drawn to the real estate industry. Paushaun is a former Board member of the Association of Illinois Real Estate Educators, which named him the 2018 Real Estate Educator of the Year.
