Quandra Speights used her upbringing from one of Chicago's worst Westside neighborhood as a catalyst to become an accomplished professional. She graduated from Clark Atlanta University with Honors and holding a BA in Business Management, she holds an MA in HRIR from the University of MN, an MBA from a Nova Southeastern University, and a JD from Valparaiso University School of Law.
She has used her education and experience to bring success to companies such as Ford Motor Company, Raytheon Missile Systems, HELP One Save One, NFP, Trice Law Firm, and Sunshine Enterprise. Quandra has always felt an obligation to serve as a role model to support the youth in her community. Currently, she sits on several boards such as the NAACP, DuSable Community Coalition, No Shots Fired and volunteers with her Sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha, including other community organizations. She has also volunteered all throughout college and her professional career, including Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity, Juvenile Diabetes, UNCF, and several other organizations and non-profits. Quandra's vision for Sunshine Enterprise's clients is to support and advocate for more black-owned businesses in disadvantage communities.
