Tammi is the Director of Business Diversity and Workforce Development for the Obama Foundation. She is responsible for overseeing the construction-related diversity efforts in building the Obama Presidential Center Campus. She has over 20 years experience in progressive roles in developing and leading DEI, economic development and construction trade union workforce initiatives. She is the recipient of many awards, serves on numerous boards and committees and is an often requested speaker for workshops and conferences.
