Yessica has been on the WTW team since 2024 as a Lead Associate on the Northwest Regional Construction Team. Based in Chicago, Yessica is responsible for providing strategy, relationship management and consultative services to WTWs global clients. Yessica currently stands on the committee for Women in Construction at WTW. A dynamic group that specializes in advocating for women in the construction industry worldwide.
