Leopardo Cuts Ribbon on New Coroner’s Facility and Morgue for Will County
Leopardo recently completed the new coroner’s facility and morgue for Will County, consolidating administrative offices and morgue operations previously located in separate facilities. The opening of the 11,460-square-foot facility was marked by a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, July 17 and attended by representatives from Will County and Leopardo’s project team.
“This day has been a long time coming and I’m thankful that our office has a modern facility to serve the residents of Will County,” said Will County Coroner Laurie Summers. “This is a transformational space for our operations and I’m thankful that county leadership recognized the need for it.''
Leopardo has partnered with Will County on numerous successful projects over the years, including the 70,000-square-foot Will County Health Department and the 85,000-square-foot Will County Public Safety Complex.
