A longtime tenant at theMart is set to leave for the biggest office building under construction in the Fulton Market District, adding to the trendy corridor's leasing hot streak.

Auto insurance claim software provider CCC Information Services is nearing a deal to lease more than 180,000 square feet at a new 17-story building rising at 167 N. Green St., according to sources familiar with the deal.

The move would mark a significant expansion from the 125,000 square feet CCC leases at the Mart, where it has been for more than 25 years and is one of the largest tenants.

It would also be a win for Chicago-based Shapack Partners and Focus, which are co-developing the 750,000-square-foot Fulton Market property along Lake Street between Green and Halsted streets, set to open later this year.
