National Public Housing Museum scores permits
Renovation permits have been issued for the new home of the National Public Housing Museum and associated apartments at 925 S. Ada. As part of Roosevelt Square Phase 3B, the development will be converting the last remaining building from the Jane Addams Homes which occupies the site. Developed by the National Public Housing Museum, master developer Related Midwest is overseeing the project as part of the larger Roosevelt Square redevelopment.
With permits issued, general contractor GMA Construction Group can begin work on the $16.5 million development. Construction is expected to wrap up by Fall 2023.
