Construction of PLSN Condos at 816-832 W Cullerton Street in Pilsen has fully completed. It's a four-building mixed-use development that has replaced a previously vacant parking lot. 

The project provides ground-level retail within the easternmost building, as well as a total of 23 new condominium units. Units range from two- to four-bedrooms residences, and come as single-level and duplex layouts.  Prices range from $399,000 to $699,000 and it is believed that all properties are already sold.

Condominiums come with Bosch stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, wide-plank hardwood flooring, and expansive terraces in each unit. Each condo also comes with a parking space available within a rear detached garage.

Designed by Hanna Architects, the project features a white and dark-gray brick cladding, orange-tinged accents and expansive windows.  DOM Properties Investment served as the general contractor for the project, which according to permits totaled at $6.7 million in construction costs.
