DAC Development Group is the developer behind the proposed development at 1217 W Washington Boulevard. The 213 feet tall building is expected to hold 288 residential homes and 4,000 feet of retail space. The renderings were originally revealed in 2020 but were revised due to public feedback and current market conditions. The development will provide facilities such as bike and car parking and an outdoor deck with pool.
