Agnieszka Szpara is an Associate Director at PALMA, an international architectural practice based in Chicago. With over 10 year experience in a variety of functional markets ranging from Industrial, through Retail and Commercial, Agnieszka constantly reaches for new opportunities to enrich her knowledge in the built world. Agnieszka leads technical innovation, project delivery and sustainability on all PALMA projects, domestically and internationally. Her passion for sustainable architecture is exhibited through her participation on numerous performance driven and award winning projects, many of which have achieved high levels of LEED certification. In addition to her leadership role at PALMA, Agnieszka is currently designing a Passive Certified House for her and her family.  As a young mom, Agnieszka is an advocate of life-work balance for all in the fast-pace and demanding AEC industry.
