Alicia Rucinski has 19 years of commercial real estate experience directly involved in the delivery of 45 large scale projects; these are represented by a multifaceted background that encompasses Student Living, Residential, Hospitality and Office Development. During her tenure in the industry, she has acted in a Development Management, Owners Rep and Project Management capacity. 

Currently, as Vice President of Design and Development Operations for Article Student Living, Alicia is responsible for overseeing overall design and development initiatives, including: process, protocol and departmental goals.  

Previous to this role, she was Director of Interior Design for the Residential and Student living sectors for a prominent developer where she oversaw 38 properties across the Nation in a span of 5 years.

Alicia is a graduate of The University of Illinois at Chicago where she was a scholarship athlete, and is a

LEED AP BD+C and WELL AP.
