With over 18 years of industry experience Amy Preston organized Preston Design & Construction Consulting with a strong passion for holistic project management that believes the success of a project comes when design and construction are in sync. Only when the team works together can the projects goals be realized. Prior to forming, she held several key leadership roles with well known Development Firms and Real Estate Groups. Most recently at Tishman Speyer where she was Managing Director overseeing the Chicago and Austin markets for all design and construction in owned assets, capital upgrades, new development and redevelopment. She was responsible for leading a team of project managers while working with the acquisitions and development team to implement their key projects in the Chicago and Austin market. Amy has been involved in over 20 Million Square feet of projects, including commercial office (high-rise and suburban campus), residential (high and midrise), mixed-use, and hospitality. She has a strong leadership style focused on creating teams that believe in the success of each project.
