Bryan Younge, with over 25 years of experience, is the Executive Vice President and Leader of the Hospitality, Gaming & Leisure specialty practice at Newmark Valuation & Advisory since 2017. He has built specialty practice groups at three leading commercial real estate firms, handling appraisals, financial reporting, and consulting for diverse property types globally. His expertise extends to litigation support in various legal contexts. Previously, Younge led similar roles at Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield, with earlier consultancy and valuation roles at Andersen, Deloitte, and PwC, and HVS. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University, a BS from Cornell University, Advanced studies at University of California at Berkeley, and has completed advanced studies in commercial property valuation. Younge is an MAI, ASA, FRICS; a licensed appraiser in most U.S. states, and has been engaged with various professional bodies like the Cornell Hotel Society and National Ski Areas Association.
