Caitlin Brudnicki has been in the technology design industry since 2017. She has designed over 30 K-12 and higher education buildings. She works on the Ohio School Design Manual, and reviews projects for the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission, since 2018. She is actively involved in all aspects of the technology design industry with a specialty in Educational Facilities. She is active within the AVIXA organization as a local leader for those in the audiovisual industry throughout the state of Ohio. Caitlin is also on the Professional Development Committee through BICSI.

Statement:

Construction is an ever-growing and populous industry with many specialties, which only increases our need for a more diverse and inclusive environment. Adding more women, people of color, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, will only accelerate this trajectory. The skills that we all can bring to the table will make a more efficient work force all around. It is time to diversify and move forward so that we can pave the way for the generations to come.
