Ms. Levitsky currently serves as a Principal and Partner at Elara Engineering with a focus on operations and sales efforts for the firm. Caitlin is also an officer and active member of the Board of Directors for the company and oversees day-to-day financial management and strategic operational planning for the firm. Prior to her role as a Principal and over her 18 years tenure with the company, Ms. Levitsky served as Elara Engineering’s Operations Manager, Junior Engineer and, initially, as a CAD Technician. With a background in Architectural Studies stemming from a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign), Caitlin has overseen operations for Elara since 2009 including human resources, staffing and resource optimization, sales and sales support, and marketing. Throughout her career, Caitlin has had a passion for creative problem solving in company operations with a focus on developing and engaging members of Elara’s team and advancing sales and marketing efforts for the firm. She believes strongly in servant leadership and the advancement of others as key contributors to success in combination with excellent client advocacy.
