Charles Fisher leads Risk Analytics for JLL Americas’ Risk Advisory business. In this role, he engages with global lenders and institutional owners to assess risk in their global portfolios using artificial intelligence and proprietary JLL technology.  Charles also assists Value & Risk Advisory leadership on global business strategy, operations, and non-Americas engagements.

Risk Advisory provides lenders and institutional owners with automated valuation models (AVMs) and risk analytics to monitor their CRE portfolio in real time to balance risk and opportunity. Clients use deliverables as inputs to perform market and sector research, benchmark performance against competitors, inform decision-making, complement existing risk or management processes, and align with regulatory requirements on collateral monitoring.

Charlie received both his BA and MBA from the University of Chicago.
