As Director of Engineering for Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Consolato (Cons) Gattuso is responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing engineering standards across the portfolio. With his ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, provide technical support and advise on acquisitions, dispositions, and special projects, Cons serves as a crucial team member. In addition to these functions, Mr. Gattuso partners with Sustainability, Asset Management, and Property Management to identify and implement energy strategies at the property level.
