Corey is the National Smart Buildings Program Manager in the Facility Technology and Innovation branch of Office of Facilities Management (OFM). In this role, Corey oversees all aspects of the Smart Building program to include integration guidance, Fault Detection & Diagnosis (FDD) also known as GSAlink, and technical advice in the implementation of program policy, goals, plans and objectives.

Corey began his GSA career in 2010 as the Chicago Service Center Building Services Specialist. Quickly becoming the BAS program manager and in 2013 started as the Regional Smart Building Program Manager in Facilities Management Services Program. Corey has served on several National and Regional Tiger Teams, Source Selection Evaluation Boards, User Acceptance Teams and has been involved with GSAlink since the creation of the “Fast 50” building list. Corey had a 20 year career in all aspects of BAS in the private sector prior to joining GSA.
