Mr. Adney brings 18+ years of engineering and design experience to his role as the Engineering Design Director for the CBRE Design Collective, Inc.’s Chicago office.  He is tasked with providing engineering support for a dynamic and diverse client base, both internal to CBRE and beyond.  Additionally, Dale leverages his experience in developing and enforcing quality standards for a wide variety of engineering project types, with specializations in energy modeling and construction administration.  Dale manages a small team out of the Chicago office in addition to his independent work on unique requests for engineering services that fall outside of the typical Plan & Spec path.
