Dan Tinsley serves as the Deputy Chief Engineer for CTA’s Red Line Extension. He is an Army Veteran and has been with the CTA for since 2013, working in various roles throughout the agency. Mr. Tinsley has spent nine years with the Infrastructure Department and spent two years with the Rail Vehicle Maintenance Department. Mr. Tinsley is a member of the VERG Planning Committee. Prior to working with the CTA, Staff Sergeant Tinsley completed tours in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, and Turkey in support of NATO Allied Air Command Center.
