Doug is Executive Vice President of Construction at JDL Development, where he leads execution of projects from early design through occupancy. During his time at JDL, the company has completed No. 9 Walton, One Chicago, 920 N Wells, and 868 N Wells, all in Chicago. JDL is currently building at 871 N Franklin and 919 W Fulton in Chicago, as well as the Caretta condominiums in Juno Beach, Florida, and is working through several sites in the pre-development phase. Doug has negotiated and executed over $1 billion in construction contracts and created more than 1,800 residential units and 4 million square feet of buildings over his career.
