Elena serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Environmental, Social and Governance at Logistics Property Company, LLC (LPC) where she is responsible for the management of environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and governance. In addition, she manages and oversees the Workplace Health, Safety and Environment framework nationally.

Elena has over 20 years in the real estate industry and has led ESG frameworks in renewable energy and electrification strategies, net zero commitments and decarbonization plans, responsible investment, innovative building efficiencies, social initiatives including diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, workplace health and safety and integrating ESG responsible investments. With Human Resources, she recently launched the Logistics Property Company diversity and inclusion plan and serves as co-chair to the Women’s Leadership Council.

Elena has sustainability reporting expertise in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), United Nations Global Compact Principles, United Nations- supported Responsible Investment (UNPRI), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Task Force for Climate Disclosures (TCFD) and Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP).

Elena earned her Master of Business Administration from Roosevelt University. She has her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, a senior leadership certificate from INSEAD – Business School of the World in collaboration with Cornell University and has received executive-certificates in leading in crisis management at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. She was recognized as a 2020 Environmental + Energy Leader 100 honoree for her contributions to the industrial market through the deployment of innovative environmental solutions.
