Throughout his real estate career, Eric Feinberg has executed over 10 million square feet of transactions domestically and internationally. With an extensive consulting background and financial structuring expertise, Eric develops strategic plans and financial models that enable his clients to transact on their real estate goals and align to core organizational objectives.

Eric joined Savills in 2002 and since 2014 has served as Co-Head of the Chicago office. As a Vice Chairman for the firm, Eric’s experience spans across a wide breadth of industries. He has worked with many of the firm’s most noteworthy clients on some of the most significant real estate transactions in the region. Eric has led and managed strategic consulting and financial structuring evaluations for the American Bar Association, YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, CNA Insurance, T. Rowe Price, Goldman Sachs and the Illinois Medical District.

Previously, Eric was a senior consultant at Accenture, where he worked on strategic initiatives for global telecom and financial services companies internationally, including the countries of Argentina, Australia and Spain.
