As area director of economic inclusion and community affairs, Gerri Harris is focused on the planning and execution of Gilbane’s corporate economic inclusion strategies to support our commitment to inclusion and diversity in the Chicagoland area. Gerri is responsible for developing and fostering relationships with external stakeholders, conducting outreach with small, diverse, and women-owned businesses, creating opportunities for historically underrepresented businesses throughout the buy-out process, and tracking workforce and business participation against goals.
