As Director of Regional Operations, Grant is responsible for overseeing operations for the four offices in the Midwest Region: Oak Brook, Chicago, Columbus, and Washington D.C., as well as leading the overall growth of the Architectural practice teams in Oak Brook and Chicago.  He brings versatile business management skills to the team which have allowed him to build a strong operations structure for the offices he oversees. Grant has over 20 years of experience in all facets of architecture and has worked on a wide variety of architectural projects including industrial, cold storage, aviation, retail, hospitality, multifamily, senior housing, medical office, corporate office, and religious. His depth of experience includes business development, client relationship management, master planning, design, and all phases of project management: schematic design, design development, contract documents and construction administration.

Grant received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Architectural Studies and Master of Architecture degree, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a licensed architect in the States of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), he is also a Certified Development, Design and Construction Professional (CDP) and an active member of industry organizations including the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
