Jaymie is currently responsible for managing the global operational performance of JLL’s Project Management Business. Jaymie is accountable for overall business delivery, managing the project delivery means and methods, including risk, safety, optimization of processes, technology, employee experience and business intelligence. She is also responsible for managing the Design Solutions business in the Americas including financial management and strategic growth initiatives. She has streamlined and created efficiencies across all business service units. Jaymie supports the strategic technology roadmap and engages with the global leadership team to set the future roadmap for the business enabling growth.
