Joseph Lauricella directs the long-term goals, policies, and procedures for the information technology department. He determines the organization's strategic technology investments to accomplish the organization's business objectives. Joseph’s team is responsible for ensuring the security, compliance and IT governance for our users, shareholders, investors, vendors, and tenants. As well as empowering our team to deliver world-class experiences in real estate through our proven technology solutions and cutting-edge integrated systems.

Joseph has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He has spent the last 11+ years crafting Sterling Bay’s unique brand of technology to ensure that both now and in the future our properties will stand out when compared to others in our space. Joseph also draws insight from his charitable endeavors as a volunteer E.S.D.A. officer for the Orland Park Police Department, as a member of the Orland Park Economic Development Advisory Committee and his involvement with various Masonic charities.
