Joe joined Arctaris in 2024 as Principal of Real Estate and Portfolio Management. He oversees development and acquisition opportunities, manages the real estate portfolio, and ensures constructability, contracts, design, and site due diligence. With over 12 years of experience in multifamily and student housing projects in the US and Europe, Joe previously managed nearly $3 billion in global developments at CA Ventures, including a two-year stint in London. He holds a BSE in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan.
