Julia De Rosi serves as the Deputy Assistant Commissioner for Project Delivery within the Office of Design and Construction, which provides leadership and innovative design solutions for project management spanning a $21 billion program and 371 million square feet.  Joining GSA in 2002, Julia has served in several key roles including design, construction, leasing and portfolio management.  Prior to GSA, her experience spans logistical planning in both manufacturing and transportation.

De Rosi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.  Julia speaks frequently on design and construction industry transformation and is a strong proponent of Women in Construction.  Julia is certified LEED AP O&M, FAC P/PM and holds a PMI Master’s Certificate from George Washington University.
