Justin honed his skills with the CBRE Chicago Corporate Finance group. During his two years there, his sharp forecasts, strategic plans and operations savvy helped the team generate more than $200 million in revenue.

Justin began his real estate career in 2012, as the director of analytics for Elmdale Partners, a local private equity firm. At Elmdale, Justin managed a $25+/- million mixed-use portfolio and gained critical experience underwriting thousands of properties across all asset classes. He evaluated each investment opportunity, developed financial projections, created pitch books and participated heavily in fund metric reporting.

Justin pairs keen analysis with the highest level of client service. For his commitment to the company’s core values, he received the CBRE Chicago RISE Award in 2017.
