Karolyn Raphael is the President of Winger Marketing, a leading agency known for its strategic marketing and public relations programs. Starting as an account executive at Winger in 1997, Karolyn's career rapidly progressed, eventually leading to her acquisition of the company in 2006. Since then, under her leadership, Winger Marketing has more than doubled in size and earned multiple awards for its outstanding work.

Karolyn leads a team of experienced marketing and PR professionals who continue to set new industry standards. She is actively involved in advancing the marketing profession, serving on the board of directors for the American Marketing Association Chicago. A graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, Karolyn initially developed her communication skills by producing radio news for the Indiana University News Bureau.

Karolyn is a long-standing member of the Women Presidents Organization and a respected figure in Chicago's agency leadership community. She regularly presents for organizations like the Women’s Business Development Center and the American Marketing Association, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning.
