Influenced by her early career in hospitality design, Lara brings an interdisciplinary approach that combines architecture and design principles across Corporate Interiors, K-12 and Higher Education, and Healthcare markets. In approaching work for clients such as American Express, the University of South Carolina, the University of Cincinnati Law School, and private equity firms, she says each project is unique, informed by client needs. But, she always asks: “How will the space feel – is it warm, comfortable, desirable to be in?” Lara brings a special focus on building teams that “empower younger designers, allowing all voices to be heard and matter.”

A careful listener, Lara uses her proactive problem solving skills to maximize return on investment for her clients. Recognizing that interior design goes far beyond colors and fabrics, she understands the importance of how interior environments can positively impact business and academic success. Lara has led the interior design process for numerous award-winning projects throughout her career.
