Lisa De Lor
Lisa De Lor joined Clune Construction as Director of Human Resources (HR) in 2019 and quickly became one of the firm’s key leaders. She immediately overhauled Clune’s employee handbook and improved internal communication practices to make information about company benefits, policies, and procedures more accessible to employees. These initiatives resulted in her promotion to Vice President in 2021.
In addition, Lisa streamlined Clune’s applicant and onboarding process by upgrading their HR systems. This included a management request portal for employee status changes, a new Applicant Tracking System and Learning Management Software. She led the company’s transition to an online performance review system, and she remains dedicated to continually enhancing Clune’s robust benefits package.
Lisa is also the co-creator and co-manager of Clune’s Mentoring Program. This successful initiative taps into the existing knowledge and experience of seasoned employees and transfers these skills to newer employees.
To cultivate a workplace where all employees are encouraged to participate, prosper, and reach their full potential, Lisa was instrumental in the formation of Clune’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Advisory Committee. Building upon this commitment to inclusivity, Lisa led the launch of a new employee engagement initiative in 2023. This platform allows employees to collectively celebrate milestones and achievements, exemplifying Clune’s core values.
Lisa consistently transforms Clune’s HR department and employee offerings ensuring that Clune remains on the forefront and sets the standard among its peers and competitors in the industry.
