Ms. Smith is a Senior Leader and Environmental Professional with over 25 years of experience and expertise in environmental due diligence assessments, soil and waste management consultation, regulatory site investigations, and remediation. Ms. Smith leads environmental assessment and remediation for Brownfield redevelopment and neighborhood revitalization projects helping to restore blighted areas for the benefit of the community and environmental assessments for transportation and infrastructure improvements. Her experience also extends to coordinating asbestos, lead, and mold inspection and abatement for public and private sector clients including school districts. She brings experience in project and program management and real estate and transaction advisory consultation, showing her versatility and commitment to environmental health, safety, and sustainability.

Ms. Smith keeps current on emerging contaminants and evolving regulatory developments with PFAS “forever chemicals”. In her current role with Fehr Graham Engineering & Environmental, Ms. Smith works remotely to direct targeted business development efforts and oversee environmental due diligence projects including brownfield assessment and redevelopment. Ms. Smith is a frequent moderator and panelist for many panels and programs and provides perspectives on environmental and leadership topics.
