With over 20 years in the architecture, construction and development industry, Marina has led and collaborated on great projects, most recently the Lakeshore East Development including Cascade and Cirrus as well as The Southbank Development including The Cooper and The Reed.  Both developments are award winning with the 2022 Gold Award, Best Development & Design and Best Amenities, 2022 Development of the year, 2022 Best Urban Design, Fast Company and 2023 Slag Cement in Sustainable Concrete Award.  She is responsible for managing the A&E design team, executing the integrated delivery strategy, providing design and the fiscal management of consultant contracts with a goal of managing and delivering a design solution to a cost outcome within the Integrated Project Team.  What sets Marina apart from the field is her intrinsic motivation to deliver superior results. She has a tireless work ethic and is able to effectively balance priorities to meet deadlines and key milestones. She is an avid and lifelong learner, continuously challenging herself to increase her knowledgebase of the fundamental value drivers of real estate. To that end, she has developed a keen commercial acumen that allows her to be an efficient and effective decision maker across many disciplines of a project.
