Marissa Rose
Marissa Rose is a vice president in Avison Young’s capital markets group and a key member of Avison Young’s corporate finance team. She expertly guides clients through strategic decisions, focusing on sale-leaseback transactions. In addition to offering invaluable advisory services, Marissa is responsible for market research, property underwriting and preparation of offering materials for capital markets transactions. She provides support throughout the property marketing process including responding to investor questions, participating in property tours and coordinating all aspects of the due diligence process. Marissa was an integral team member in the successful deconversions of the Kennelly Square Condominiums and 1250 North LaSalle in the Old Town neighborhood of Chicago.
Prior to joining the capital markets and development team, Marissa was a member of the retail advisory services group. In that role, Ms. Rose and the team represented national, regional, and local retailers with site selection, lease negotiations, dispositions and market analytics. Before joining Avison Young, she excelled as associate property manager on the Chicago industrial team at Cushman & Wakefield. In her spare time, Marissa sits on the Board of Directors for The Goldie Initiative, supporting the mission of advancing women across the commercial real estate industry.
