Mark brings 35 years in the financial sector to his role as Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Multifamily and Senior Living, including 20 years specifically focused on senior living, and experience spanning development, financing, operations and asset management. Acting as the owner’s representative, Mark works closely with the development, construction and capital markets teams to bring consistency to our multifamily and senior living projects while making sure excellent atmospheres are created and maintained for the residents. He works to move the assets through strong capital programs, bringing in the right residents and working on financing new buildings and seeing them through to stabilization. Mark is also the point of contact with our third-party operators, ensuring that capital is being deployed effectively, and that the assets are being maintained to the highest level and delivering the expected results. Collaborative and solutions driven, Mark is passionate about the residents who live in our multifamily and senior living communities.
