Based in Gensler’s Chicago office, Michael works across the globe on complex, future-shaping projects spanning healthcare, higher education, and wellness. Working with industry-leading clients and institutions, he bridges the gap between strategy and design to identify impactful, people-centered ideas and bring them to life. As the Global Wellness Practice Leader, Michael leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering holistic design solutions that improve physical and emotional well-being, support equity, and empower individuals, communities, and organizations. He frequently writes and speaks about the future of health and wellness, and leads research on topics ranging from DEI to health to digital, clinical environments, and more.
