Michelle has served the construction industry for more than 20 years, both in the US and Mexico. She is responsible for developing and implementing high-impact Performance Excellence strategies and action plans to meet Graycor's ongoing Continuous Improvement, Change Management and Organizational Development goals. She also leads the development and execution of the company's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy and plan, focused on strengthening Graycor's sustainability attributes across the business as well as further improving Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts within the workforce and supplier/subcontractor community. Michelle is a former examiner for the Baldrige National Performance Excellence (PE) Program Award in the Illinois state (ILPEx) and is certified by the American Society of Quality as a manager of quality and organizational excellence. She completed studies in Mexico, UK and Japan and is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
