After practicing as a licensed Architect in Mumbai, India, Mihika Sajip moved to the US to pursue a master’s degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University (CSU). She was involved with the Women in Construction chapter at CSU from 2018 to 2020.

She has actively worked on several healthcare, educational, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Mihika regularly looks into achieving optimum participation from M/W/DBE firms in the company’s projects through regular out-reach programs. She is also a member of WE-DIG, Berglund’s diversity, and inclusion group.
