Monica is a licensed architect and design manager with over 20 years of experience in the architecture and design industry. As a team leader, she encourages collaboration amongst all disciplines throughout the design process. She has spent much of her recent career working with clients within the workplace practice area.

Monica is currently an Associate Principal at AECOM and manages the design for various architecture and interiors projects within their Buildings + Places practice in Chicago.
